WMDF Donor Designation Form

"Investing for Eternity"

The Wyldewood Ministry Development Fund (WMDF) was established to provide a vehicle for donors to support the ministries of Wyldewood Baptist Church through planned giving, endowments, grants, etc. It is an integral ministry of the church and its purpose, leadership, and accountability are provided for in the WMDF Establishment Policy. Investments and distribution are guided by the WMDF Investment Policy. (Both of these instruments are available upon request or at our Website, www.wyldewood.org.)

We sincerely appreciate your giving to the WMDF. It truly is "Investing for Eternity!" Wyldewood Baptist Church is recognized as a 501-c3 tax-exempt corporation and all gifts to the WMDF are tax deductible. According to the tax code, donors relinquish the ultimate control of their money once it is given as a contribution. Donors are, however, encouraged to provide some guidance for their gift to the WMDF. The WMDF Board will then distribute the yield according to our policies, guided by the spirit of the donor's wishes.

Checks should be made out to Wyldewood Baptist Church and designated to the WMDF. Please provide the information below and return this form to the treasurer of Wyldewood Baptist Church. (You will be given a receipt for the total value of your gift.) If you have any questions, please ask the treasurer or the head of the WMDF.

Several options are listed below for you to direct your gift. Undesignated gifts are invested in the Permanent Fund at the discretion of the WMDF Board and proceeds are distributed annually to the Wyldewood Baptist Church General Fund. Please give us some guidance as to the purpose of your gift:
